Our newest product line in our Base Pad line-up. Our AC pad provides a strong UV resistant pad.

Base Wall

Our Base Wall Foundation System provides an economical and light weight alternative to block perimeter walls on manufactured homes. Designed for backfill application, our Base Wall Foundation isHUD acceptable in multiple states. Cut to height and length for easy and fast insulation. The Base Wall is also paintable or able to be covered with siding.

Support Master Foundation System

Sedco Pier's exclusive foundation system. Heavy duty 3/16 piers provide a strong and stable foundation. The average double wide with 20 Support Master piers is cable of 1,400,000 lbs. of support.
